For 2022, I focus on landscapes close to home. The majority are views of Finley Wildlife Refuge, located in the central Willamette Valley, Oregon. Attempting to capture matter and energy spilled across four dimensions onto a flat surface, can result in a weak echo. My goal is to use form and color as tools to rebalance observation versus emotion: To create a new entity imbibed with the emergent property of visceral connection. > |
